Hailing from the remote community of Yurrwi, Sylvia made history as the first woman to commentate an AFL game in a first nation’s language. Sylvia is an award winning short film maker, radio producer and one of Yolŋu Radio’s most senior and respected broadcasters. Sylvia co-manages the Creative Media team at ARDS Aboriginal Corporation and hosts award winning weekly radio show Dhäwu Dhäwu.
